It’s possible — even likely — that a person from each residency program will search the Internet for you before offering an interview.
They might draw inferences about you — fairly or unfairly — based on your online presence. To avoid these misconceptions and resulting interview rejections, review your online presence. Clean up (or lock down) content inconsistent with the image of a successful, mature physician.
Be honest when doing this. If you were someone else looking at your online presence, would you select yourself for an interview? Put your best self forward!
