As summer begins, there’s no better way to improve your mental and physical health than by taking a hike! Hiking offers a multitude of benefits. It improves your cardiovascular health and provides strength training. Hiking is associated with less stress and anxiety and can improve overall mental health.

Plus, it just feels nice to go outside and touch grass while enjoying a scenic view. Take an opportunity this summer to get away from the desk and onto a trail!
