Bio
Dr. Bischof has been a member of Medical and Molecular Genetics since 2006, and joined the Indiana University Vector Production Facility (IUVPF) in 2007. The IUVPF is a core laboratory within the Indiana University School of Medicine and is dedicated to the development, production and testing of gene therapy technology (lentiviruses and retroviruses). In addition to production services, the IUVPF offers a wide variety of routine and specialized assays important in safety testing and certifying both clinical and non-clinical grade vectors.

Dr. Bischof current serves as the director of the Indiana University Vector Production Facility (IUVPF), a core laboratory within the School of Medicine that is dedicated to the production and development of gene therapy technology.
