HEALeR aims to achieve our mission by focusing on four key pillars.
Supporting data-informed, patient-centered health systems research. We fund and foster a culture of research that identifies and addresses differences in care access, quality and outcomes to strengthen systems of care and support optimal health outcomes for all Hoosiers.
Empowering health systems investigators. We provide infrastructure for professional development, education, mentorship and research support to strengthen investigators’ capacity and success.
Bridging research and clinical practice. We partner with health systems, clinicians, and communities to co-develop and scale evidence-based care models that improve outcomes across various settings.
Expanding impact through strategic funding. We pursue external funding opportunities that support our mission and research goals.
